Evaluating the forest cadastral works of Artvin Regional Directorate of forestry

It's necessary to record juristically for forest to stay alive, to be protected and to be scheduled maintained and this is possible when the borders of forest are determined. RDF can work juristically in the forest regions which locate in the borders of itself. The way the qualification of construction site is confirmed as forest is on the forest cadaster responsibility. In this work, it has been examined and evaluated the process of the forest cadaster from the past to our days. In this context; the historical improvement of the forest cadaster, the way the cadaster works are made and the current positions of the troubles which are confronted during the work from past to present are presented. The actions of objection to cadastral works which are made by getting some data about the legal basis of these works in the region and the cadastral works which are made in the Artvin Regional Directorate of Forestry that was selected as the work place are examined. In this work which the cadastral works between 2007-2021 had been evaluated it was recorded 62,08% of work in the forest cadaster in 15 years. In Artvin Regional Directorate of Forestry, the forest cadastral works are accelerated and 91,08% are done and dusted. There are 5642 cases between 2007-2021 in order to object to the consequences of the cadastral works of forest in Artvin Regional Directorate of Forestry. 4656 of these cases are from the last year and 986 of these cases are opened during the year. 717 of total cases are ended up. 468 of these 717 cases are ended up on behalf of the forest while 140 of them are ended up to the detriment of the forest.
