Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to examine the field of experience of the staff working in the Family and Social Support Program (ASDEP), their approaches to the ASDEP model and job satisfaction. The population of the study, which was designed with quantitative research method and general screening model, consisted of 2700 ASDEP personnel in Social Service Centers in 81 provinces of the Ministry of Family and Social Policies. Interview form and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale were used as data collection tool. Google data collected through forms and Turkey reached a total of 687 people worldwide. The data were analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. In the findings obtained in the research; ASDEP personnel experienced occupational health and safety problems in the field, almost all worked outside their own job descriptions, there were serious differences in the distribution of professional titles, this situation was negatively reflected in the field work, there are in-service training and supervisory needs, there are no physically appropriate working environments. It was determined that this situation decreased the work efficiency, job satisfaction decreased due to the excess and diversity of workload and almost all of the participants had administrative problems, the questionnaire questions used by the Ministry were insufficient by the participants and all results negatively affected the job satisfaction. As a result of the research; It is considered that the services provided within the scope of ASDEP and the methods applied, the working conditions of professional staff, their opinions about the application and the measurement of job satisfaction are important in terms of providing foresight to service providers, policy makers, and professionals who are working or considering working in the field. It is necessary to make interim evaluations of the social policy models realized with the state budget, to determine the defective aspects and to revise if necessary. In this regard, ASDEP model, which has become an important service tool of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services in the recent period, is a problem-solving and problem-solving model.
