Abstract (EN)
Induction motors have an important place in today's industry. Therefore, studies on induction motor control techniques are important in the literature. In this study, speed control of an induction motor is performed both in simulation environment and experimentally by using Field Oriented Control technique which is one of many control techniques developed for the induction motors and the results of these studies are presented. With the simulation and experiments performed, induction motor speed control was successfully realized with PI based Indirect Field Direction Control technique which is one of the vector control techniques. Simulations of the control system were carried out in MATLAB Simulink environment. In the experimental setup motor control was provided by dSpace Autobox.
