Abstract (EN)
The accurate temperature of bituminous binders and aggregate has a great importance during the mixing and compacting process. The low temperature induces the increament of the gap while the high temperature causes over compaction and excessive ageing of binder. In the study, pure bituminous binder is mixed with four mineral filler (pulverized limestone, portland cement basalt, hydrate lime) with different dust-to-binder ratio; the viscosity measurement is made with 135 °C, 165 °C and 195 °C temperatures according to the viscometer experiment which is determined by the standard of AASHTO-TP48. Corresponding to viscosity values, the increament in temperatures of mixing and compaction is observed. By obtaining viscosity results of different dust-to-binder ratios and different temperatures, "Fuzzy Logic" model is established and results are compared with the results of model.
