Abstract (EN)
Mankind has to choose among the alternatives that he constantly encounters in his/her daily life. In the decision process, multi-criteria decision-making techniques have been developed in order to provide the necessary conditions for the most reasonable decision to be made as soon as possible. It is seen that these techniques are widely used in many sectors today. In this study, Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods will be used. These methods combine all the goals of the decision-makers under one upper function called the benefit of the decision-maker. In the study, the use of TOPSIS and the Fuzzy TOPSIS technique was deemed appropriate. In the decision to be approved, the TOPSIS method, with the determined criteria, was effective in ordering the alternatives in a short time through the Excel program, and that it was not difficult to interpret. Fuzzy logic is a useful method used in approaching Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods. Because data is often vague and fuzzy. The decision makers' ability to use linguistic variables while determining the importance weights of criteria and alternatives was effective in the decision to approve the fuzzy TOPSIS method. Finally, the comparison of the results obtained by the use of the two methods is considered important in terms of data richness and inference. This study, while making a product procurement decision regarding the UAV System in the military field, is not based on supplier selection; It aims to approach the selection of the most suitable product with scientific techniques by sorting the products produced in the market and approaching the mass production stage according to their technical characteristics. In line with this purpose, the technical data of UAV Systems, which are suitable for military use, produced and will be produced by three domestic and five foreign companies, were collected. These collected data were sorted by TOPSIS and Fuzzy TOPSIS Method, by dividing the criteria under common headings. The rankings made by both methods are shared in the relevant sections; These shared rankings are evaluated and analyzed in the relevant sections. In the last part, a general evaluation is made.
