Abstract (EN)
This study is intended for determination of the cytotoxic and apoptotic effects by preparing ascorbic acid loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) and evaluated the interaction of cancer cells to increase the effects of ascorbic acid on cancer cells. In the first stage study, we were utilized MTT test to measure the cytotoxic effects of ascorbic acid on H-ras 5RP7 and NIH/3T3 cells and used Flow Cytometry to measure the apoptotic effects. In the second stage, after ascorbic acid loaded SLN were prepared, they were characterized. These prepared nanoparticles were measured the cytotoxic and apoptotic effects on these cell lines. Finally, the interactions of ascorbic acid and ascorbic acid loaded SLN in these cell lines were investigated by using TEM and Confocal Microscopy. The effects of ascorbic acid and ascorbic acid loaded SLN were investigated and compared on H-ras 5RP7 and NIH/3T3 cells. In conclusion, ascorbic acid loaded SLNs have more apoptotic and cytotoxic effect on cancer cells, the characterization studies concluded that the formulation can be used as a suitable therapeutic carrier.
