Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk died November 10, 1938 considered democracy a second military coup in Turkey; March 12, 1971 date is to examine the relations between Turkey and the USSR. In our research, military and economic relations were also included in this period, as well as the handling of political issues between the two parties. In addition, in terms of the integrity of the subject and the readers' understanding more easily, the developments in the domestic politics of the two countries have been another factor in the study from time to time. On the other hand, in a sense between the USSR and Turkey this year 33 letter "M" to show the reader the exchange relationship similar to constitute another important element of the thesis. The two countries confronted several times at important turning points in history such as the Bolshevik Revolution, the Turkish War of Independence, the Second World War and the then the Cold War Period, and in these cases the level of relationship was determined by the power influence of the two sides in world politics. In addition, the ambitions of both sides historically have played a role in the course of these relations from time to time. Nevertheless, Turkey and the USSR, mutual relations with the impact of the plans they designed for themselves, the Western powers have always had to keep a level.
