Abstract (EN)

The final testing of firearms and the deletion of human-sourced data result in potential losses in developing industrial structures. Manual systems are used in current test firing programs. Manual records of test shots, serial numbers of fired guns, and number of test shots are kept manually. All such data may contain errors, instant checks cannot be performed, and the processes described take far too long. Privilege data and reports cannot be tested for reliability, nor can a numerical value be established to reach reliability. This causes issues when used in organization quality control documents and in the regulation of product returns due to manufacturing flaws. With this new aystem, the serial number of the firearm and the shot observation can be detected with a sensor using these system development technologies, and we instantly imported and confirmed on the database created on the server with computer software and PLC programming. Carelessness or human-induced errors have been prevented by 95% thanks to the shooting room's test system, improving product reliability, attempting to avoid customer complaints, as well as other situations. Traceability and record keeping as a result of data understanding has facilitated traceability and error detection in item feedback effects to us for potential situations.
