Consumption consumption is increasing rapidly depending on the population growth rate in our country and all over the world. As a result of the increase in the consumption rate, the recycling of waste materials has gained importance and has become one of the most fundamental problems for environmental protection for the countries of the world. In this study, it is aimed to recycle the vehicle tires that have completed their life without being thrown into the nature. It is aimed to reuse waste tires by turning them into rubber powder with water jet without using heat treatment and chemicals and adding them to asphalt. Modified asphalt will be laid by mixing the rubber tire powder with the aggregate homogeneously at 160 0C. The resistance test, life test, crack formation of the modified asphalt against hot and cold will be observed and sound level measurement will be made while driving.
