Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of using waste objects in art. In this context, the other purposes are to examine the using of waste objects in art in terms of art history and art education and to reveal the reflections in education by examining the opinions of the academic staffs who work for faculty of education fine arts education department. This study, which is a qualitative research, is structured by descriptive scanning method.The data was collected and interpreted through literature review and in-depth interviews. Semi-structured interview form consisting of five questions developed by the researcher as data collection tool in the research was used. The data were analyzed by content analysis.The study group of the research consists of 22 academic staffs who work at Adnan Menderes University in Aydın, Ege University and Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir in 2015-2016 academic year.
