Abstract (EN)
The recognition of the Readmission Agreements made by the European Union has been with the Syrian war in our country. Now, in the new generation readmission agreements, whether or not a citizen of a state or country, the target country has given them the opportunity to return these people not only to their nationality but also to the transit countries and the reliable third countries. The European Union make an agreement readmission agreement with Turkey and Ukraine which is not only provided to hinder irregular agreement but also constituted a tampon district it's border. In this study, ''The position of the Readmission Agreement in the struggle of the European Union with irregular migration and the importance of the readmission agreement in European foreign policy'' question was tried to be solved. The importance of this study; Although the Readmission Agreements appear to send back normal individuals, it actually demonstrates how to produce a policy through individuals and how they apply this policy to the neighbouring and transit countries, in particular by the European Union. Method of research; This study has been done in a qualitative and descriptive way and analytically and in a comparative way according to the content of the subject.In this study, it is tried to emphasize the totality of the Readmission Agreements by considering the Acceptance Analysis, which is examined by using the inductive method.In addition, studies using content analysis method and the EU-Turkey Readmission Agreement EU-Ukraine examining the substance of comparisons were made.
