Comparison of regional states in Europe

Throughout the known history, the social structure created by coming together as a result of a certain purpose, desire and common benefit has developed a structure in order to govern itself and has evolved to the point of administration by transferring some of it's rights to the superstruture.At this point, various theories developed and the state structure emerged at the end of the process. As a result of being organized as a political organization in the interaction of the state governing and managed, there are different political structures in various countries of the world, as well as local administrative structures. States in general terms are named with Konfederal, Federal and Unitary and Regional State model that is accepted as asubtitles of the unitary state model that has been encountered recently. In this thesis, we examine the historical development of the emergence of the state, the generally accepted basic elements of the state and the state forms, which is our main subject "Regional States in Europe". State definition and emergence index is divided into two as before and after the modern state. The most obvious feature of the states in terms of the people today is that they penetrate every area. This spreading is directly proportional to which ideology the state adopts in the shaping of the state, in the continuation of its existence. The state requires organization in order to perpetuate its devvelopment within the organic structure, to use power and power in terms of preserving its qualifications, and fort he services to function at the right rate. The organization of the state has formed different forms of state according to various ways, methods and elements. State forms are a form of regional state that is included in the form of a unitart system ehere the nation is represented directly and directly according to other forms, whether it isgathered in a single hand, gathered in the hands of a family, and the representatives of the people make decisions in line with the parliament and the people's wishes. The aim of the study is to examine a new management model that has emerged today, and the practices of the states in order to have more freedom for individuals and to participate in the administration. The question of what includes the methods adopted by states in thid manner is analyzed comparatively. In the study, by trying to find answers to why, how and how questions, text analysis, case study, histirical research and comparison method was adopted. In the study, have they been able to create a model by modeling the regional state model located at the lower part of the unitary state, which is separate from the existing two state models, in order to have more voice in the name of the government in the states where they live, or to protect the continuity of the states? The question is considered comparatively. After discussing states of the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Finland in Europe and explaining why and how the regional state structure is implemented, the differences and similarities of this state model from other state models are explained. In the study, it is emphasized that the regional state model is a model located in the lower part of the unitary state and it is not a new state model. This model emerges with the revision of the unitary state form in order to protect their land and economy due to the states weakened by the effect of cartelization the 19th century. The regional state model aims at more decentralization and participation of individuals in goverment and playing a more active role in self-goverment.
