Abstract (EN)
The subject of our study is the applicability of the right to a fair trial to civil servants within the scope of the European Convention on Human Rights. In this respect, the scope of the right to a fair trial, which is regulated in Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights, has been examined in the first part of the study. In the second part, the basic case law of the European Court of Human Rights on the applicability of the right to a fair trial to civil servants has been examined periodically. In the third part, the issue of the applicability of the right to a fair trial to civil servants is handled in the light of European Court of Human Rights judgments in terms of the type of public service and the type of dispute.
