Lawyer profession; Our job is always a profession. Also, with regard to the role of utilizing the clients' search process can be greatly increased from those being undertaken, you can count contenders who can be had and have difficulty achieving work-to-life. From this point of view, the purpose of use is as evaluations about the life and work of lawyers working in the province of Isparta in order to raise their problems. Content is sought within the scope of this purpose. These weights are the level of the lawyers' problems, what level they are in their professional life, they can balance their life lives and those who want to balance their work life. They also target how many students for personal and business related people to affect their education and schooling without executing the problems of those who implement your duties in Isparta. The model of the research is the mixed method in which quantitative and qualitative methods are used together. The reason why this research was conducted with a mixed method is that the research problems include research questions that qualitative or quantitative methods cannot answer alone. The study group of the research consists of lawyers living in the central district of Isparta. The qualitative dimension of the research consists of 288 active lawyers. In the qualitative dimension of the research, 20 people who are working as lawyers in the city center of Isparta were formed. While 2 different scales were used in the quantitative dimension of the research, a semi-structured interview form was used for the qualitative dimension. The scales used in the research, Şahin et al. (1993) adapted the Problem Solving Skills Scale into Turkish, Maslach Burnout Scale adapted to Turkish by Engin (1992) and a semi-structured interview form about work-life balance created by the researcher. In order to determine what kind of analyzes will be used in the research, reliability, validity and normality tests of the scales were performed. Parametric tests were used as a result of the analysis. When the findings of the research were examined, it was seen that the lawyers achieved the highest average in the sub-dimension of personal control. Then, they obtained from approach-avoidance style, problem solving scale general average and lastly problem solving confidence sub-dimension, lawyers' burnout scale sub-dimensions and general averages, lawyers' highest average in personal achievement sub-dimension, then emotional burnout, burnout general average, respectively. average and finally the depersonalization sub-dimension. In line with the results of the research, suggestions were made to increase the quality of the profession and working conditions of lawyers.
