Since the Qur'an is the last divine book sent to all humanity, it contains principles that aim to ensure the happiness of people's life in this world and in the hereafter. The adventure of life and interaction with the universe began with the man's being made the caliph on earth, who formed the first basic structure of the society. Almighty Allah has equipped the universe in a way that will facilitate human life and has made it available for human use. For this reason, a lot of information has been given in the Qur'an about the kevnî verses, that is, the creation of the universe, its development and the benefits it has provided to people. Hz. The Qur'an, which has a special importance among the miracles of the Prophet, has addressed and guided the people of every period with its style that transcends the ages. With the rapid spread of Islam, different cultures were met and the ability to explain and explain the Qur'an to new cultures accelerated the birth of the science of tafsir. In our study, first of all, the factors that led to the birth of the science of tafsir were examined in detail and information was given about how the current period was reflected in the Qur'anic verses. The mental structure of the interpreter, education level, reasoning ability, development of science and technology, socio-cultural conditions of the period, etc. The reflection of the situations in the verses has been examined in a comparative way. In our study, the point of view of the commentators, who can be considered important in the science of tafsir, on the literal verses has been examined in a holistic way, and a comparative study has been presented to the reader in the light of both historical data and scientific data.
