Abstract (EN)
Today the world is fighting for foreign investment, activities to attract them are intensifying, governments are trying to provide a more favorable investment environment by using all possible incentives and thus to benefit more from global investment flows. In such a highly competitive environment in the world investment market, it is important to develop and implement effective incentive measures that will create conditions for attracting more investments in the Azerbaijani economy, especially in the non-oil sector. The aim of the study is the investment environment in the non-oil sector of Azerbaijan and the incentive policy mechanisms implemented by the state to improve it. The subject of the study is the exploration of opportunities to expand and improve the ways to stimulate investment in the non-oil sector of Azerbaijan. The main objective of the study is to develop proposals for improvement and expansion of investment incentives through a comprehensive examination of the current investment and investment environment in the non-oil sector of Azerbaijan.
