Abstract (EN)
This study examines the taxes imposed on goods imported to Azerbaijan and the economic impacts of trade relations with Turkey. Azerbaijan, with its rich natural resources, also holds a strategic position in terms of trade. The research delves into the structure, application principles, and economic implications of import taxes, highlighting the burden these taxes place on small and medium-sized enterprises. Furthermore, the trade volume between Turkey and Azerbaijan, strategic partnership projects, and developments in economic cooperation are thoroughly assessed. Specific emphasis is placed on areas such as energy, transportation corridors, and customs collaboration, analyzing the regional and global contributions of the economic ties between the two countries. This study highlights the impact of the trade and economic connections between Turkey and Azerbaijan not only on these two nations but also on regional economic integration and sustainable development.
