Abstract (EN)
Since the rebirth of the oil civilization, oil and gas reserves are recognized as the main dominant military and diplomatic force in World Strategic Management, the center of the formation of its political and economic policies, an important factor of national power. Oil and gas are an important energy part of industrial capacity, with the availability of production, economic and financial resources currently needed. In the study , the importance of oil strategy, the impact of oil strategy on foreign trade relations were investigated, a comparative analysis was conducted, the role of oil and petroleum products in foreign trade was evaluated, concrete recommendations and practical value suggestions were put forward. The study also examined the essence of Azerbaijan's oil strategy, evaluated the "agreement of the century" signed in 1994 in the development of our country's oil strategy, examined the impact of the implementation of oil projects on the economic and social development of our country, and systematically made the regulatory framework of oil projects. The current state of the oil strategy and its impact on foreign trade relations were examined, comparative analysis of the growing role of oil and petroleum products in Azerbaijan's foreign trade ties was conducted, aspects of diversification of our country's foreign trade ties were examined, aspects of the development of the oil industry were analyzed, new projects of SOCAR were evaluated. The study examined the impact of Azerbaijan on oil strategy and foreign trade relations, examined foreign experience in this direction, evaluated the expectations of oil and petroleum products exports, determined the entry aspects of oil revenues into promising sectors, determined the income growth aspects of the country.
