BST production was carried out in the Ba1-xSrxTiO3 formulation by solid-state reaction using molar different strontium (Sr) ratios (x = 0,1, 0,3, 0,5). This production is took place by pressing and then sintering of calcined powders and mechanically activated powders at different temperatures (1250°C, 1300°C, 1350°C/2 hour). Specimens were investigated DTA / TG, XRD, SEM, EDS, powder size analysis and also made density calculation and dielectric measurements. It was determined that the result of the dielectric measurement of the BST3 coded samples with a strontium ratio of 0.3 were higher than the other samples (BST1, BST5). It was also found that the highest dielectric constants were found in the BST specimens produced by mechanical activation. Accordingly, a lower dielectric constant was found in the BST samples produced by calcination.
