Abstract (EN)
This study deals with the powers of representation of commercial agent, commercial traveller, powers of representation regarded as dependent merchant assistants. Although these persons are representatives, their power of representation adapted to the business life. Because of special nature of business life, this representational system, which is initially aimed protecting the confidence of third parties and prioritise the process security, has involve different rules than the ordinary representation. In this study headed "Powers of Representation of Dependent Merchant Assistants", the legal scope of the representation authority of these representatives, limitation of this authority, the effect of the restrictions, termination of representation authority and unauthorized representation have been examined. The representation power of above-mentioned merchant assistants has explained in the context of commercial enterprises and commercial associations.
