Abstract (EN)

In this work, the problems which Azerbaijan faced after became an independent country and the measures which was taken to remove these problems were discussed in general and it was evaluated how to overcome this depression process. While all these investigations were carried out we looked at reforms, privatization programs, infrastructure-oriented public investments firstly. Reforms and privatisation programmes have caused increasing in the agricultural sector and production and productivity skyrocketed the most in this field. At the same time, the country's relations were examined with international organizations. Azerbaijan has increased its relations with the United Nations, the Council of Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States and other organizations in order to further strengthen its independence. Moreover, the non-oil sectors were analyzed separately in independent Azerbaijan and the development process after independence was investigated. Furthermore, many strategies have been developed in oil and non-oil fields to improve social welfare and achieve economic development. It was emphasized in this work that how the non-oil sectors are supported by the state. These measures removed the financial and economic crisis in the country.
