Abstract (EN)

In this research, the statistical evaulation of technological developments on working life regulations and human resources activity in fish meal and fish oıl factories is aimed. The population of the survey is composed of the owners of fish meal and fish oil the factories operating in Turkey, professional managers and other employees in these factories. In this research, with questionnarie method data gathering is provided. The data gathered is tested with SPSS 21 ve Minitab 16 Pocket Programmes. Besides the Chi-square and regression analysis, it was used the descriptive statistical methods for the purpose of the impact on each of the variables and determining the relationships among these variables. 16% of the employees involved in research is female; employers/managers are all male, 40% is undergraduate. 2% of employees are not literate, 7% is undergraduate. 44% of businesses that found in the human resources department, 23% of this function performs in administrative affairs department. To hire new staff in business, a priority criteria is recruitment of staff to implement technological improvements. Employers/Managers sees enough of themselves about 73% of using technology. It is assumed that the technological progress and the human resources can be used more effectively with the help of implementing theory based information acquired from research findings. Like any other industry, the most important resource for the fisheries and aquaculture industry to stay sustainable and be in competition with the other industries, is the qualified human resources. Thus, it is suggested that the education and training of the human resources should be an event of special interest.
