Economic effects of the bank credits a study upon Turkey

In the developing world economy the importance of banks has been increasing hugely.banks give different benefits and dinamics to the country economy. And the credits are the most essential products of banks.The big amount of the credits are welcomed by the owners? of savings who invested their savings to the bank.banks have got their deposits which they gathered used as credits and at the same time by this way they want to icrease their profits.so they might be across with the risk of time-out of the payment of the credits.When there is no problem about the pay back of them,credits are very beneficial for banks. Economic stagnancies in economy which are grown out of financial drawbacks at some times cause hardships in the banking system and so the credit sector. Because oof this,bank credits become an essential problem especially in the economic stagnancy and crisis period and diminution has occured.ın this study which composes of three parts the effects of the bank credits upon economic indicators have been examined. In th first part ,various informations about the bank credits have been placed and it has been given an importance to mention about the effects of the credits upon the economy.ın the second part,the improvements of the bank credits before and after 1980 have been examined and various explanations have been given about the diminutions at the credit submissions and requests in the crisis periods.and in the third part,it has been evaluated by being used of bank credits and some economic data whether the credit wavings in turkeyhas occured or not in the crisis periods.Key Words: bank credits,economic extents,turkey economy
