The study clarifies how bank guarantees provide security in international trade and how payment requests operate, while also discussing the impact of relevant legal regulations in practice. The thesis aims to contribute to the literature on the legal structure of bank guarantees, the regulation of payment request processes, and the resolution of disputes between parties in cases involving international elements.
