Abstract (EN)
Thanks to investments in information technology in Turkey, traditional banking activities have been moved to digital media. This drastic change affects the competition between banks. The banks that follow the technological innovations closer and put into practice are one step ahead. Nowadays, banks that can transform technology into products and services can perform marketing activities more efficiently and provide significant savings in their costs. The use of information and internet technology in the banking sector and the impact of banking services to the subject of the accomplishments of the banks operating in Turkey has acquired the services that can be accessed and changed over the years of the current situation was analyzed with comperative tables. In the conclusion part, the interviews with the bank customers were made and the responses were evaluated. As a result of the research, it was determined that the perception of the financial services quality of the bank customers towards the internet and mobile banking was high and mobile banking.
