A study of performance based premium system's role in banking sector: A research

The main purpose of this thesis is to examine the role of performance based prime system on employees in the banking sector. In this context, by means of the selected scale it has been determined whether the expressions that measure the general role of the premium system differ significantly at the level of the departments to which the respondents are connected and the relationship between them has been tried to be revealed. The sample of the thesis consisted of 253 bank employees working in eight different departments in a private bank. In line with the purpose of the thesis, according to Kruskal Wallis H Test results, there is a significant difference between the departments where the bank employees work and the statement "I am generally satisfied with the premium system applied in the institution" and the statement "My individual efforts are noticed with the premium system" (p <0.05).
