In the second part; problems women face in working life and career problems of female managers are explained. The benefits of the female employee to the organization were emphasized. In addition, institutional measures and legal regulations to be taken against women's career problems are focused on. In the last part of the study, a field research was conducted to determine the level of impact of the problems faced by female managers on their career plans. In addition to the barriers they face at work, women face child, family, spouse and home-based problems. Especially, women spend more time with their children than men. For these reasons, married women make their career plans less than men and single women. They face difficulties in their career path for many reasons such as social prejudice, lack of equal opportunities with men, and spending more time with children. Despite all these difficulties and obstacles, we may conclude that female employees continue to work in their jobs considering the difficulty of finding a job in our country, and that they try to overcome the obstacles that arise in the way of management thanks to their self-confidence and try to come to the manager position.
