The juristic responsibility of management board in banks

This Research related with ?The Juristic Responsibility of Management board in Banks? contains of four main sections as these four main titles are; firstly The Banks as General? secondly ?The Juristic Responsibility of Management Board According to Commercial Code?, thirdly banking law and The Juristic Responsibility of Management board according to Legislation of Capital Market and fourthly The Responsibility of Members of Management board of Bank because of Public debts .In this Research, while The juristic responsibility of management board has been researched, since banks are Incorporated company, the general arbitrament of TCC (Turkish Commercial Code) which related with Incorporated companies have been handled together with special arbitrament which are in Banking Law and regarding to this topic.
