Foreign policy understanding and functioning in presidency systems and parliamentary systems: the case of USA and Turkey (1982 Constitution)

Turkey's international position is at the center of the world's most problematic Balkans, Central Asia and the Middle East. On the other side are the western part and a critical region between Islam and the old east block and the west block. This feature of Turkey, which embodies a culture blended from every civilization, creates both advantages and disadvantages. While the cultural richness expands the scope of the foreign policy of the country, it gives you the possibility of external interventions of domestic politics.
