Abstract (EN)
In this study, collected samples of the feed raw materials (grain, feed barley, wheat, rye, vetch, corn, triticale, oats; milling residue, bran; barley fodder stalks, wheat straw, barley output, vetch dry grass, meadow grass, clover, sainfoin, millet, oats, triticale) that are grown and used for animal nutrition in three provinces of the Western Mediterranean Region (Antalya, Burdur, Isparta), were analyzed to reveal their nutritional composition (dry matter (KM), crude ash (HK) crude protein (HP), crude fat (HY), crude fiber (HS), acid detergent fiber (ADF), acid detergent lignin (ADL), neutral detergent fiber (NDF)). Using the results of the nutrient analysis, the energy values (MAFF 1984 ME (kcal/kg KM), SE (Mcal/Kg KM), ME (kcal/kg KM), Alderman (1985) ME (MJ/kg KM)) were calculated. As a result, data for the nutrient content of some basic and widely used raw materials grown in the region is presented in this thesis. Beside, in the sample provinces taken, when the average results of the analysis for feed raw materials are compared, it was determined that there are differences in terms of nutrient content. In line with the present results these differences might be due to the soil type, irrigation potential, grower practices and micro-climatic characteristics of the provinces.
