Özet (EN)

At the present time, the amount of production waste in mining sites (open-close pit mining sites), especially in carbonate origin open-pit mining sites, has reached very large magnitudes and the increase of these wastes continues day by day. The waste dump sites where these wastes are stored cover very large areas. These areas are getting bigger day by day. Moreover, these areas are mostly forest areas and within the scope of laws and regulations, forest texture should be restored as soon as possible. With this study is aimed to evaluate the carbonate origin marble and dimensional stone wastes in West Anatolia as industrial and to reintroduce the forest areas by forestation. In this way, while providing financial resources to the country's economy, the waste areas in question will be rehabilitated by the enterprises engaged in production within the framework of laws and regulations, and will be brought back to nature as afforested. Therefore research has great importance in terms of contributing to the economy of the country and the region and creating added value economically in today's conditions. With this study, it is shown that the wastes created and to be generated can be evaluated industrially in many areas in order to reduce the environmental problems caused by the current situation and to contribute significantly to the economy. Also alternatives to this assessment are also emphasized. Thus, from now on, a database is created for studies to be carried out on this subject. Thus, from now on, a database is created for studies to be carried out on this subject. In this study; The cubage calculations of mine wastes were made precisely with the data obtained by using real-time kinematic drones in the license area of six different enterprises in Aydın, Burdur, Denizli, İzmir and Muğla provinces located in Western Anatolia and It has been demonstrated how the waste in the mine waste fields can take place in the industry and provide economic gain by making the right planning. It has been shown here that there are large quantities of mine and dimensional stone wastes that cannot be gain to the industry, and these wastes cover very large areas. On-site samples were taken from existing mining sites, and physical, chemical and mineralogical-petrographic tests were carried out in the laboratory according to the standards and the sectors where these samples could be used were tried to be determined.
