Abstract (EN)
Novadays, reputation is the important part of an instution's general values. All the institutions and establishments that produce and serve have values. Recently, in medical establishments like any other institutions there has been serious attempts to determine the values as they promete competetive advantages and continuity. The purpose of this research is to determine the values of the medical establishments in Batman.
