Assessment of physical risk factors exposed to employees in manufacture of ready-made clothes in Batman

In this thesis, the evaluation of risk analysis in some workplaces where clothing products are manufactured in Batman is discussed. Türkçe özet metninin İngilizcesini yazmaya buradan başlayınız. The general meaning of terms such as occupational health and safety, work accident, and occupational disease has been evaluated. According to the Social Security Institution, the manufacturing processes of the enterprises divided into two groups as textile products and clothing products manufacturing were briefly stated and the risk factors in workplaces where clothing products are manufactured and the precautions to be taken against these factors were evaluated by categorizing them as lighting, biological factors, ergonomics, noise, moving machine parts, chemical factors, psychosocial factors, thermal comfort, vibration, dust/fiber exposure and fire. The data showing the occupational accidents and diseases in workplaces where clothing products are manufactured, the number of active employees in the country and Batman province in the years 2019-2023 according to the Social Security Institution data, the occupational accidents and diseases in the textile sector, and the deaths related to them are shown graphically. The data in the risk analysis forms of two denim washing and dyeing and two ready-made clothing manufacturing companies in Batman province were evaluated within the scope of occupational health and safety
