The selection of physical activity place of female teachers work in the province of Batman and the factors that prevent the frequency of participation in physical activity

Theaim of thisstudy is to analyze physical activity venue selection of schoolmarms who work in Batman City and in this study the factors which inhibit the frequency of participation in physical activity have been analyzed. 423 schoolmarms, in the 20-60 age range who work in Batman participated in this study. Schoolmarms have been selected according to convenience sampling method. SPSS 17 IBM statistics packaged software has been used in evaluation and calculation of the obtained data. Not only descriptive statistical technique but also correlation analysis and ANOVA technique have been used in data analysis. As a result of analysis, it has been verified that the correlation between schoolmarms venue selection in recreational activities and selection of the factors recreational activities which in hibit the participation and factors which inhibit the frequency of participation in physical activity differ from participation in recreational activities according to age, branch, school type and years of seniority of those who joined in the survey in physical activities is significantly strong.
