Özet (EN)

In this study, an overview of research, development and application methods for hybrid photovoltaic systems is presented. The electrical efficiency, thermal efficiency, exergy analysis, empirical correlations, error analysis, and Reynolds number changes at different flow rates and channel heights were calculated under Batman conditions. The hybrid system built was cooled with water and air. Results are calculated based on different flow rates and different duct heights. According to the results obtained, the most efficient system is; PVT / Water, PV / T-Air, PV is released. In the study, an increase of 20% has been achieved in electrical efficiency. On the other hand, thermal efficiency increased by 88.8%. Mathematically formulated to comply with the laws of thermodynamics. The channel height is 3mm and the flow rate is 0.016m / sec. Thermal effect was seen at 5mm channel height and electrical efficiency decreased. In the cooling process with air, when the air cannot come out easily, there was a thermal effect in the system and a decrease in electrical efficiency. When we ensured that the air circulating in the system was brought out comfortably, there was an increase in electrical efficiency and a decrease in thermal efficiency. Thermal effect is undesirable in hybrid photovoltaic panels. Empirical correlations and formulas have been found experimentally for Batman province and surrounding provinces.
