Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, it is aimed to evaluate the performance of the photovoltaic system (PV) with a power of 2,160 kWp, consisting of thin film amorphous silicon modules installed in Batman province, by comparing the total monthly generated power amounts between 2014 and 2023. Instant horizontal surface solar radiation and ambient temperature values were also measured for Batman province between 2014 and 2024. The measured radiation and temperature values were simulated with the help of software, taking into account the technical values of the system. Simulated output values were compared with the power values produced by the PV system. In addition, the generated power values were interpreted by performing performance analyzes between 2014 and 2023.
