Polen analysis of honey from Bayburt region

Abstract (EN)
Pollen analysis was carried out in honey samples collected in September from Bayburt province and its districts and 42 different regions. The plant taxa belonging to the pollen found in 10 grams of these samples were determined. Dominant pollen was not found in honey samples in the study. In the study, Onobrychis spp was found in 13 samples (S1, S7, S8, S9, S17, S18, S24, S26, S25, S27, S33, S39, S42), Achillea spp. in 11 samples (S2, S9, S10, S15, S16, S21). , Ö22, Ö26, Ö30, Ö31, Ö33), Aster spp. in 5 samples (Ö5, Ö27, Ö34, Ö36, Ö40), Spergula spp. in 4 samples (Ö10, Ö20, Ö30, Ö31), Rosa spp. in 2 samples (Ö11, Ö12), Salvia spp. in 1 sample (Ö13), Xanthium spp. in 2 samples (Ö35, Ö41) were detected as secondary pollen. The highest pollen found in this study was Onobrychis spp with 30% frequency. In honey samples, Astragalus spp., Crepis spp., Epilobium spp., Rosa spp., Salix spp., Verbascum spp., Thymus spp., Astragalus spp., Carduus spp., Cerasus spp. and Coronilla spp. were generally detected as minor pollen.
