Aydıntepe district dialect of Bayburt province

This study, which was carried out on the dialect of the Aydıntepe district of Bayburt, aims to compile texts belonging to the local dialect, transcribe them and determine the characteristics of the dialect.In the first part of this study, which consists of "Introduction", "Review", "Conclusion", "Texts", "Dictionary" and "Bibliography" sections, information about the subject of the research, the problem of the research, the purpose of the research and the method of the research are included.In the second section, there is a section where general information about Bayburt province and Aydıntepe district is given. In the third part, there is a grammatical examination of the texts compiled from the local dialect.In this section, the phonetic and morphological features of the Aydıntepe dialect were examined.The fourth part mentions the speech texts compiled from the region. During the compilation phase of the texts, illiterate or primary school graduates, aged fifty and over, were preferred as participants. The audio recordings obtained were transcribed carefully and using appropriate transcription marks. In order to reveal the correct form of some words and sounds that are not understood during listening, the opinions of some people who dominate the local dialect have been consulted.In the fifth section, the conclusion section, the characteristic mouth features that attract attention in terms of sound and shape information of the local mouth are given in the form of substances. In the sixth part, there is a dictionary study covering the vocabulary of the region. Following that, the bibliography section, where the detailed information of the works used for the thesis are given, is included. Keywords: Bayburt, Aydıntepe dialect, Eastern dialects.
