Abstract (EN)

Agricultural lands in our country; There is a situation in which irrigation and drainage systems cannot be applied, with distorted geometric shapes that cause farming to be more costly by enterprises, lack of road connections. Due to the fact that it is divided into small parts and therefore the number of parcels is high, it is very difficult to make profit from production in such agricultural lands. Moreover, in these lands, which are far from orderly and useless due to their distorted geometric shapes, production costs as well as the opportunities to benefit from mechanization, labor and in-field development services are negatively affected. In order to eliminate all these problems, it is a great necessity to make comprehensive land arrangements in agricultural lands. In this study, it was applied in Çayıryolu, Çorak, Kırkpınar, Tragacanth, Manas, Oruçbeyli, Rüştü, Tomlacık Villages and Demirözü districts in the Merkez district of Bayburt province, Central, Çatalçeşme District, Çiftetaş District, Güneşli Mahallesi, Çakırözü Village, Karayaşmak Village and Yelpınar Village. The road and parcel conditions in the villages were evaluated with the land consolidation project. After the project, the changes in the number, shape and size of the parcels were determined and the advantages of these changes to the agricultural activities in the project areas were tried to be revealed. As a result, new ownership maps of the project area were created, and it was observed that the total number of parcels decreased by 36.87% to 6600. In addition to the significant increase in average parcel sizes, the decrease in agricultural lands with distorted geometry has ensured that the parcels have more appropriate geometric shapes for agricultural production.
