Abstract (EN)

Chemotherapy is a rather frequently conculted method in cure of cancer. Thinking that the biological activity is depended of metal centers of most of proteins and enzymes, this synthesized complexes can be a potential chemotheraeupotic agents and a lot of research had done. And also there are some studies about antiproliferative activity of the compounds including bor on some cancer cells. Research into experimental angiogenesis shows that this can be a strategy with an important role in cancer therapy in near future. In this research , Au(III) and Pt(II) complexes of the compounds which are condentation products of 4-Dihydroxybory-DL-phenylalanine with 1,8-diaminonaphthalene, N,N?-diphenylethylenediamine and N,N?-diphenylbenzamidine will be synthesized. The characterization of the intermediate and final compounds arising from this work was carried out by means of a variety of spectroscopic methods, which include 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS, IR and elemental analysis. In the activity studies MTT method was used for the cytotoxicities of the compounds on HUVEC and A549. Angiogenic and antiangiogenic proporties of the test substances was investigated via HUVEC tube formation assay.
