The purpose of this study, in vitro shoot cultures of different stress gum plants (salt, temperature, light, UV-B) applications, this plant anticancer naturally present in the extract and antihelikobakt illustrate some triterpenoids feature known to act to investigate the effect of increasing the amount of secondary metabolites. This study aimed to investigate the ways to be able to increase the stress application in said exposed in vitro shoot cultures of Pistacia lentiscus L. level of up to gram quantities of these metabobolit track. In this context, seeds of surface-sterilized mastic tree were first germinated in an MS medium supplemented with 1 mg/l IBA, and the obtained juvenile shoots were proliferated in MS medium supplemented with 1 mg/l BAP, 0.5 mg/l GA3. Explants taken about 1 cm in length from in vitro proliferated axenic shoots were cultured in low and high temperature (4 and 37 ° C); light and dark; UV-B irradiation for 5, 15, 30 and 45 minutes for 5 days and salt (3 different doses, 25, 50 and 100 mg/l). MS (Murashige Skoog, 1962) basal medium supplemented with 1 mg/l BAP and 0.5 mg/l GA3 supplemented with 30 g/l sucrose was used in all experiments. After 28 days from the beginning of culture, stem and leaf parts were dried at room temperature and ethanol extracts were prepared and analyzed by LC-MS / MS. In the study of the effects of elicitation on shoot growth and triterpenoid content change, it was determined that 15 min UV-B application increased the amount of Masticadienolic acid in juvenile leaf extracts not present in the control group to 0.012 ppm level. In the stem extracts of 25 mg/l NaCl, the amount of Ursonic acid, which is not present in the control group, is about 0.028 ppm; in addition, low temperature application at 4°C resulted in a level of Ursolic acid of 0.037 ppm in stem extracts; leaf extracts increased the level of 25 mg/l NaCl to 0.015 ppm. When morphological observations of shoot growth were taken into consideration, it was seen that stress application reduced the number of hulls, leaf and stem dry weight, especially chlorosis, redness and redness in leaves.
