Abstract (EN)

Heterocyclic substances have been part of synthetic organic chemistry, because these substances have a broad application area in medicine, pharmacy and chemistry. Investigation of heterocyclic substances in drug discovery is one of the important areas of pharmaceutical chemistry. These prominent structures represent as a class of molecule which acts as a ligand for a variety of receptors having the ability of binding. Discovery of these molecules, has a big importance in pharmacy to synthesize biologically active new substances. In this study, 2-(hydroxyarylalkyl) acrylonitriles were prepared at room temperature by the reaction of DABCO. N-Substitue 2-((benzotriazol-yl)methyl)-3-acrylonitrilles and N-substitue 2-((benzimidazol-yl)methyl)-3-acrylonitrilles were synthesized by treating the 2-(hydroxyarylalkyl)acrylonitriles with N-acetyl benzotriazol and N-acetyl benzimidazole at room temperature.
