Abstract (EN)

Mannich is important in the synthesis of some new compounds. Also can be used directly or as intermediates in some Mannich. Mannich reaction of formaldehyde with an active hydrogen-bearing compound and an amine in the presence of either 10 or 20 occurs.Mannich bases, the most important applications in pharmaceutical chemistry (antineoplastic drugs, analgesics, antibiotics), polymer chemistry, surface active agents. In addition, some of the good chemical and solvent Mannich.In this study, short, efficient, and a new method, the microwave method and the N,N?-bis(2,3-dimetilfenil) metandiamin, N-(2-florofenil)-N-o-tolilmetandamin, N-(4-florofenil)-N-o-tolilmetandiamin, N, N, N?, N?-tetrabenzilmetandiamin synthesized. Mannich bases of the synthesized structures that 13C-NMR, 1H-NMR and FT-IR is illuminated by the methods.
