Abstract (EN)
In this study, 19 complexes which 13 of these crystal and 6 amorphous were synthesized with some transition metals (M(II): Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and Ag(I), Mo(III)), 5-aminoisophthalic acid (H2aip), 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid (H2hip) and neutral ligands. Imidazole, pyridine, amine, quinoline and thiol derivative organic molecules were used as secondary ligands in the complexes. All complexes were characterized by elementel analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements, FT-IR, UV-Vis., mass, atomic absorption spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction and thermic analyis (TG-DTA-DTG) techniques. The structural analyses were characterized with X-ray single crystal structure of synthesized complexes as crystal. In addition to these analyses, involving Zn(II) and Ag(I) metal ion complexes were analyzed with luminescence analysis. The emission bands of the complexes are red-shifted. It was determined that Zn(II) ve Ag(I) complexes are diamagnetic, Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Mo(III) ve Cu(II) are paramagnetic. Decomposition groups of complexes were investigated by controlled temperature programme in thermic analyses. Firstly water molecules, then secondary neutral ligand(s) and finally anionic ligands were removed through temperature. Characteristic vibrations of functional groups of ligands and complexes were found from IR spectra. The wave numbers of the vibrations of bonds which provide electrons to metal ions are observed fallen wavenumber than vibration of related bond which free moleules after being complex. Molecular weight from mass spectroscopy, d-d, ligand and LMCT transitions from UV-vis. were determined. X-ray single crystal analyses reveal that 12 complexes are polymeric, 6 complexes are 2D and one of complexes are 0D. Three dimensional structure were formed via hydrogen bonds, C-H∙∙∙π and π ∙∙∙π interactions.
