In this investigation, the subject ?Psychological molestation? s levels of administrative personnel working in some central district Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports? is examined.The domain of research is the 350 employees of the administrative personnel working in central district Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports in Adıyaman, Bursa, Isparta, Osmaniye and Malatya. The Prepareded questionnaire is used as a data collection tool. This questionnaire is carried out by 111 personnel and is composed of two sections: demographic variables and psychological molestation questions. These cities are chosen randomly for the reason of accessibility. Reliability and validity of the evaluation instrument is decided by OCAK (2008).For the statistical solutions, a programme named as `SPSS 17.0 (Statistical Packet For The Social Science)? is used. To find the differences between frequency, percentage and variables taking into consideration of the results of the questionnaire, Mann Whitney U ve Kruskall Wallis tests are used.Some tests such as dimensions of behaviours affecting life quality and Professional reputation, behaviours hindering social relationships, behaviours destroying one?s reputation, behaviours hindering one?s showing off himself, violence to a person, behaviours hindering one?s communication, behaviours intervening to one?s private life are carried out for demographic variables( gender, age, education, marital status, seniority and gender of the administrator). After this research, just for the variable of ` the gender of the administrator?, a meaningful difference is determined in the dimension of behaviours affecting life quality and Professional reputation. When investigated for the other dimensions, thinking the answers given for the questionnaire, it is concluded that there isn? t a meaningful difference of psychological molestation in the cities mentioned above.KEY WORDS: Psychological Molestation, Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, Mobbing, Tyranny.
