Abstract (EN)
In this study, derivatives of 1,4-dicarbonyl compounds and 2,5-disubstitutedpyyrole derivatives were synthesized by using these compoundsIn the presence of thiazolium salt catalyst, heterocyclic aldehydes added tovinyl ketones in aprotic solvents to form 1,4-diketones both in traditional methodsand in microwave method according to Stetter reaction,. The synthesized moleculeswere characterized by using spectroscopic methods. According to Paal-Knorrreaction, 2,5-disubstituted pyrrole compounds were synthesized from the 1,4-dicarbonyl compounds with microwave methods.In addition to the spectroscopic datas of the synthesized 2,5-disubstitutedpyrrole derivatives, theoritical IR and NMR datas were calculated by using B3LYPmethod with 6-31G(d) basis set. The results obtained from DFT calculations havebeen compared with the experimental values.Keywords: Stetter Reaction, Paal-Knorr Reaction, Microwave Synthesis, DFT
