Abstract (EN)
In this study, various sensors have been developed for rapid, reliable and sensitive determination of some catecholamines (epinephrine, methyl dopa and norepinephrine) in the presence of ascorbic acid using poly (p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid modified glassy carbon electrode. This polymer were prepared by cyclic voltammetry tecnique in 0.1 M KCl solution. The voltammetric behavior of catecholamines and ascorbic acid on polymeric electrodes prepared at different thicknesses were examined at various supporting electrolyte and pH values. The results obtained indicated that modified electrodes could be applied for the determination of catecholamines in the presence of ascorbic acid.
