Abstract (EN)

In this study, some 3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole, 1-amino-3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole, 4-amino-1,2-dihydro-1-oxo-5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole derivatives and 1-hydrazino-3,4-dihydro-1-oxo-5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole, 4-chloro-5-methyl-5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole weresynthesized. Corresponding 3-formyl-1H-indole-2-carboxylates, 3-cyano-1H-indole-2-carboxylates, 2-cyano-1H-indole-3-carboxylates were prepared to reactwith hydrazines to obtain 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole derivatives.OH N2NROEt R2HN-NH2 R1=H, MeR2=H, Ph, C4H6-OMe-pON NOR1 R1RHNNNC3NRR2 R3HN-NH2R1=R3=H, MeON NO R=H, NH2R1 R1R2= -OEt, -NHOHHOOOMe NNNH2-NH2CNNH2N NH HPyridazino[4,5-b]indole, 2-cyanoindole, 3-cyanoindole,Keywords:indolecarbonitrile, amino pyridazino[4,5-b]indolesii
