Abstract (EN)

Since heterocyclic compounds are pharmacologically essential and are found in the structure of many drugs used in the market, the synthesis of new heterocyclic compounds is important. Among heterocyclic compounds, 1,2,4-triazole derivatives are among the most widely used compounds due to their high therapeutic effects. In addition, many heterocyclic compounds containing 1,2,4-triazole ring are known to have important biological activities such as antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-tuberculosis, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant, antidepressant, anticonvulsant, antidiabetic, anti-obesity, enzyme inhibitor and anticancer. Therefore, in this study, it is planned to synthesize N-(3,5-disubstituted-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)thiophene-2-carboxamite compounds that show important biological activity or enhance biological activity, elucidate their structures and investigate their biological activities. Examples of bioactive compounds with similar structures of triazole type are vorozole, letrozole and anastrozole (cancer treatment), triadimenol, ravuconazole, definoconazole, itraconazole, fluconazole, pasaconazole and voriconazoles (antifungal), Viramitine (hepatitis C), Ribavirin (antiviral), nefazodone and etoperidone (antidepressant). In this study, the targeted compounds I-IV were synthesized starting from nitriles and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. In addition, the effects on the biological activity of these synthesized compounds were compared with amites. Compounds 1-4 produced in this study were synthesized for the first time in this study and their effects on biological activity were revealed for the first time. The data obtained from the study are in the process of being published in SCI/SCI-Expanded journals.
