Abstract (EN)
In the beginning of this thesis, it is given basic definitions and theorems about algebraic, linear algebraic, coding theorotical concepts and also cryptology. In the next chapter, it is given information about the importance of MDS matrices in cryptology and the works done to construction MDS matrices. Some of these works have been mentioned and given examples. In the last chapter, it is shown how to construct of 5x5 circulant involutory MDS matrices. Then, in a similar way, involution and MDS properties of the 7x7 circulant matrices are examined.
